I am KIM DEJULIO owner of HAIRS 2 BEAUTIFUL Hair Studio. I have been working behind the chair since 1984, too many years to count, after all, age is just a number it's all how you view life. I am very passionate about hair. The beauty industry is always evolving and changing.
This is why I attend hair shows and hands-on workshops many times a year. I am certified in FRENCH HAIRCUTTING and BALAYAGE. IN 2021 I became an educator with SUNLIGHTS BALAYAGE, this is very exciting for me to mentor beauty school students and stylists to learn new techniques in hair color. Hair color enhances your hairstyle from something so subtle as a face frame highlight to an all-over balayage. This is what takes your hairstyle from nice to WOW. When you come for your visit we will have a consultation about your lifestyle, hair budget, how often you like to visit to maintain your hair, and what it will take to recreate and maintain the look I created for you. One last note hair color is a work of art. Sometimes it may need a little tweak here or there to keep it looking fabulous. Hello, I am Kim Dejulio, I have been part of the SUNLIGHTS ARTISAN TEAM since 2021. I fell in love with balayage when I moved from the Sunshine State of FL to Charlotte NC. Guests would bring me pictures of hair colors I could not recreate with foils. I tried all kinds of methods I saw on social media from teasing to blowdrying to weaved foil then fading out the remaining of the hair in the next foil. Regardless the outcome never looks flawless and seamless the way a truly free-form hand-painted balayage looks. Balayage lets you be more creative when it comes to coloring the hair, it’s just not for long flowing hair. Come spend the day with me and I will teach you how to paint with confidence, transform your guests from foils to balayage, as well how to introduce balayage to a guest who never has had any highlighting service before.
